Media Literacy
Currently, the progress of media literacy is the only effective tool to counter threats and risks raised in the information space.
We organize educational and information campaigns to strengthen practical skills among consumers of media content to help them cope with a large flow of information.
As part of our activities, we teach distinguishing fake information, analyze different sources of information and select the most reliable and credible ones as well as be more critical of information, especially the one being disseminated online. Besides that, Internews runs grant competitions to produce content enhancing media literacy for a wide audience.
