For the first time the Bloggers’ Kurultai brought together popular and aspiring content creators on various Internet platforms from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
The first bloggers festival received 1 thousand applications when the organizers could invite a maximum of 400 participants. This forum was made possible thanks to the 1.1. studio collaboration with the Internews Representative Office in Kyrgyzstan.
Internews has previously implemented the #blogerball project, encouraging schoolchildren to create content in the Kyrgyz language.
A grand opening with a Kyrgyz folklore orchestra, dances and a procession of young people in national costumes with flags gave a special solemnity to the event.
The blogger community in Kyrgyzstan has grown rapidly over the past two years.
The I Kurultai of bloggers brought together YouTube bloggers, Instagram stars, ticktockers and viners as well.
The show presenters were famous showmen Rostislav Yashchenko and Nursultan Kursanali uulu.
General producer of 1.1. studio Askhat Tabaldiev in his opening speech noted that their team, former members of the club of humor, creators of humorous entertainment content, gradually and smoothly became bloggers.
