Bekzat Jeenbekov, monitoring and evaluation officer
Bekzat Zheenbekov previously worked in international organizations such as the OSCE and GIZ, where he conducted work on monitoring and evaluation. He has an experience on data collecting and visualization, developing database and analysis.
He's a member of the National Network of Monitoring and Evaluation in Kyrgyzstan, and Secretary of the EvalYouth ECA regional initiative for Eastern Europe, Central Asia and South Caucasus.
In the framework of the Media -K project of Internews in Kyrgyzstan , he coordinates the work of the regional specialist, monitoring and evaluation the internal accounting systems that will be integrated into the information management system of the Internews project.
Bekzat helps the project team to use the information management system for monitoring and evaluation of individual subgrants and events on the base of regular discussions with business advisor, grant manager and other employees.
He analyzes the data of audience research and responsible for accurate data records which collects at all stages of the project, in accordance with the quality standards of USAID.
Responsible for overseeing all monitoring and evaluation activities, including devising and implementing strategies to ensure data collection and analysis, and collecting, archiving, and reporting program data. The M&E Specialist will also manage the synthesis of project information and coordinate with the programs team and local partners to produce drafts of final reports for review by the COP, as well as special reports upon request. He will also collaborate closely with the programs team to maximize and document project impact, and enable Internews staff, partners and donors to learn from programs and each other.
